Under these situation the chaos of identity was common in both Chosun and the world. The changed aspect from Sangje’s CheonGii-Gongsa made an effect on not only the Chosun’s foreign international relation but also the Chosun people s identity. Especially Chosun’s being a main nation of Hoochun is to rebuild the phase of Chosun in the age of civilization when Daesoon ideology represented and in coming Hoochun. CheonGii-Gongsa is formed of Daesoon’s foresee and authority based on petition in recognition of the limited relief situation of Sinsung, Bul, Bosal and is the work that the religious achievement solving existing Suncheon’s chaos rebuild the Hoochun’s identity. The principle of CheonGii-Gongsa’s foundation is Haewon, Sangsaeng, Chohoa and this principle worked in rebuilding of Chosun’s identity. The construction of building Chosun’s identity came out into the Cham-Donghag ideology which overcame the Donghag’s failure and accomplished the people s desire in terms of Donghag and came into Chosun Sangdeugug, Chosun Deucheonha and south-Chosun s world rescue.
