True Parent’s Educational Principle of Family Federation for World Peace and Unification

ABSTRACT

This thesis is a theoretical study to attest Parent’s principle of Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (FFWPU). In FFWPU, Parent’s education refers to True Parent’s education. Thus FFWPU rooted based on religious dogma and its fundamental doctrine is called True Parent’s principle education. FFWPU believe value of family unit salvation is a primary element of human life and its principle because it views family as completion of individual salvation and the beginning of society salvation. In other words, FFWPU view family as a separate entity between individuals and society whereas in sociological perspective family is considered as an extended entity from individual component, a group of individuals. Parents are given with great status in completing as a family. In that leading position parents can be the motivation to accomplish family perfection. Therefore, in FFWPU parenthood is critical than any other values and absolutely cannot be done without True Parent’s education. In short, True Parent’s education means education of parenthood, which means parent’s training themselves and also education the children with principle. The path of becoming True Parent requires experiencing God’s true heart, training as a true human being, and practicing true love that lead us to resemble God and eventually become true parent. Additionally, True Parent’s education aims those true parents to become true children of God through their own children. True Parent’s education is said to be the educational principle for Family Federation for World Peace and Unification.
